WSB invites qualified individuals or firms to submit proposals to conduct an annual monitoring review of the Child Care Quality program.
The selected external monitor will evaluate compliance with Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) requirements, Workforce Solutions Borderplex (WSB) policies, and all applicable federal regulations. A comprehensive written monitoring report outlining findings and recommendations will be required.
