A migrant farmworker is defined as an individual who is required to be absent from a permanent place of residence for the purpose of seeking remunerated employment in agricultural work.
Seasonal farmworkers are individuals who are employed in temporary farmwork but do not move from their permanent residence to seek farmwork; they may also have other sources of employment.
Migrant and seasonal farmworkers are always in season at WSB. Workforce Solutions Borderplex provides priority of service to job seekers who identify themselves as a Migrant or Seasonal Farm Worker. Visit any of our locations and notify our staff upon arrival.
