Dear Promotional Outreach Contractors,
Workforce Solutions Borderplex (WSB) is seeking quotes from Promotional Outreach Contractors to provide services in promotional outreach, social media management and film production. We are in search of a collaborative partner in public relations who will not only become an expert in WSB’s mission, programs, and services but will also bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the table. We envision a partnership where both parties contribute equally to the success of promotional outreach endeavors. The selected contractor(s) should demonstrate a keen understanding of WSB’s goals and values while also bringing their own creativity and expertise to enhance our marketing efforts.
Please view the attached specifications/scope of work for detailed information on the services we are seeking. We request that you consider this information and send us your quote at your earliest convenience but no later than 4 p.m. on June 28, 2024 July 2, 2024 via the e-mail address listed above. Before the commencement of services and the exchange and/or allocation of funds occurs, WSB expects to enter into an agreement with the selected agency/agencies. Options for agreements include project based, as needed based agreements or monthly fee agreements. WSB is not obligated to purchase from, enter into/assign an agreement with any contractor(s) for any project. It is understood by the vendor(s) that if selected each shall fulfill its responsibilities under the resulting agreement in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations governing their activities and funding.

The following lists and explains the services being requested by WSB regarding promotional outreach services. The selected contractor(s) will provide assistance in the management of promotional outreach projects including but not limited to the following: Promotional Outreach Services: The selected contractor(s) will assist in managing promotional outreach projects, including: 1. Marketing Strategy Development: Creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with WSB’s goals and objectives. 2. Campaign Management: Designing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across various channels to promote WSB programs and services. 3. Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies. 4. Multimedia Content Production: • Producing multimedia content for digital platforms, such as script writing, studio interviews, event coverage, coordination of content schedules, managing editors, short-form video, long-form video, still photography and/or editing videos in alignment with WSB’s Communication Strategy and brand guidelines. • Ensuring crafted content is tailored to specific audiences to help showcase WSB programs, resources, and support. 5. Social Media Consulting and Management: • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the WSB’s goals and target audiences. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics. • Schedule and publish content across different social media channels according to an editorial calendar. • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately. • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress and make data-driven decisions. • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. • Provide regular reports and insights to the client on social media performance and ROI. • Offer guidance and recommendations for improving social media presence and effectiveness.
