Once you begin working with your own dedicated Career Navigator, they will guide and support you in matching you to the right jobs based on an initial assessment to determine your strengths. They’ll also determine if you qualify for any benefits and certification programs, trainings, and workshops that best suit your needs. You have options when you suddenly become unemployed, and we are here to help. It’s important to understand that Workforce Solutions Borderplex IS NOT the same place you go to apply for unemployment benefits. The Services Navigator is an easy to use online platform containing community resources across our west Texas service area. A wide range of resources can be found on the site, from food banks to educational programs and legal aid. This tool is accessible to WSB staff, community partners and individuals.
