What’s The Difference Between A Non-Profit And For Profit?

Quite a bit. We're not a company in the traditional sense. We’re a group of people from the Borderplex area whose sole purpose is to serve the community we are a part of. We serve the community, not sell to a customer. At WSB, you’ll never have to pay for help.

Doing that for so many people takes manpower. A lot of it. That’s where our Board of Directors come in.

The Board

Our Board is the group of extraordinary individuals who dedicate their time to overseeing the entire organization. They do the “fun” stuff…. ethical, financial, legal, working with our Strategic Partners, etc... ensuring that we fulfill our Purpose and Mission. Essentially, the board guarantees that the only funny business around here is the kind you find on Workforce Wednesdays.
